Speak English clearly at work — even under pressure

About 3 minutes. Clear diagnosis. No spam.
  • Train speaking as a performance skill (not an exam subject).
  • Calm coaching while practising the high-pressure moments.
  • Build simple routines for starting fast, staying clear, and recovering smoothly.

If you freeze, it’s rarely “not enough English”.

  • You overthink the first sentence and miss your moment.
  • You start speaking, then the sentence collapses halfway through.
  • After one mistake, you tighten up and your fluency drops.
  • keep your sentences moving when you feel watched or judged
  • recover smoothly when you lose your line
  • sound like yourself, just clearer and steadier
3 elements
  • an exam syllabus or general English course
  • long explanations about grammar
  • “confidence” without a method you can apply in the moment
  • You start speaking faster, with less planning time
  • You recover quickly after a mistake instead of freezing
  • You handle interruptions and follow-ups with more control

Start small, get a precise diagnosis, then train in the right format for your situation.

Calm, serious coaching from an experienced ELT professional

What level is this for?

Typically B1+/B2 and above. If you understand meetings but struggle to speak smoothly in real time, you’re a good fit.

Is this an exam course?

No. This is real-time speaking training for work situations: meetings, questions, follow-ups, interviews.

I’m nervous speaking in front of others. Is this too intense?

No. We build safety first, then add pressure gradually. You get routines you can rely on.

Do I need perfect grammar?

No. The goal is clear, credible communication. Accuracy improves with feedback as fluency stabilises.

How much time will it take each week?

One live session per week, plus short practice between sessions. [ASSUMPTION: add your typical weekly practice time, e.g., “10–15 minutes, 3 times a week”.]

What’s the difference between Refresh and Sprint?

Refresh is a short pair reset to get your speaking flowing again. Sprint is a full performance build for pressure, interruptions, and Q&A.

How do start dates work?

Refresh starts on the next available pair start. Sprint has set group start dates. Connect runs as a 4-person cohort. Start dates are shown on each programme page.

Are sessions recorded?

Only with explicit consent, and recordings are used for coaching and progress tracking, not marketing. [ASSUMPTION: add retention period, e.g., “kept for X months”.]

What if I miss a session?

You’ll get a clear catch-up route. [ASSUMPTION: add your policy, e.g., summary notes, a short make-up slot, or guided practice tasks.]

Can I see pricing before I commit?

Yes. Refresh, Sprint, and Connect pricing is public. 1:1 is placement only, with the fee set after the Fluency Check-in based on role demands and pace.
